In short: Dawam is a free iPhone app with no account and nothing to buy. Its prayer times are a calculation, offered in good faith — they are a tool for worship, not a religious ruling. Where your local mosque differs, follow your mosque.

These terms govern your use of the Dawam app for iPhone ("Dawam", "the app"), developed by Bouiz ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

1. The app

Dawam calculates prayer times for your location, lets you keep a private record of the prayers you have performed, keeps a qada ledger of those owed, shows the direction of the Qibla, and can optionally shield apps you choose during a prayer window. It is provided free of charge. There is no account and no subscription, and every part of it works without paying anything. The only purchase in the app is an optional tip, described in section 11.

2. Prayer times are a calculation, not a ruling

Prayer times are computed on your device from astronomical formulas and the conventions of a recognised calculation authority, chosen to match your region. Methods differ legitimately, and so do the judgements behind them — particularly for Fajr and Isha at high latitudes, where the sun's position makes the usual definitions difficult to apply.

The times the app shows are therefore an aid, not a fatwa. Nothing in the app is religious instruction or a ruling on your obligations. For questions of fiqh — including which method applies to you, how to calculate at high latitudes, what is owed as qada, or how travel and the excuse period affect your prayers — consult a qualified scholar or your local mosque. Where the app and your mosque disagree, follow your mosque.

The Qibla direction is likewise a calculation from your coordinates and is subject to your device's compass and location accuracy. Treat it as a guide.

3. The record is yours

Everything you log stays on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. Because of that, you are the only one who can back it up. We have no copy of your record and cannot restore it for you. If you delete the app, reset your device, or use the app's own "Delete all my data", that data is gone.

4. Shielding apps

The shielding feature uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) to hide apps you have chosen during a prayer window. It is optional and off until you turn it on. It is a reminder, not a lock: there is always a way past it, deliberately, and it should not be relied upon as a security or parental-control measure. Logging the prayer removes it at once, and it lifts on its own when the window closes.

Do not rely on the app, its notifications or its shield in any situation where a missed or delayed alert could cause harm.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
• Redistribute, resell or sublicense the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its name, its icon, its design and its text belong to Bouiz. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under Apple's standard App Store terms. The app includes third-party components used under their own licences, including the Adhan prayer-time library and the Rubik typeface, which is used under the SIL Open Font License.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every calculated time will match the one your mosque announces.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bouiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or a missed prayer, notification or reminder. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the exclusions above apply only so far as that jurisdiction permits, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

9. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The current version is always the one on this page, and the effective date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

11. Tips

Settings contains an optional tip to the developer. It is exactly that: nothing in the app is behind it, no feature is unlocked by it, and the app is identical whether you give or not. Tips are in-app purchases sold and processed by Apple under its standard terms, and Apple's refund policy applies — we cannot issue refunds ourselves. A tip is a thank-you, not a payment for a service, and it buys no promise of future development or support.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Questions are welcome at contact@bouiz.com.

باختصار: Dawam تطبيق مجاني لأجهزة iPhone، بلا حساب ولا شيء يُشترى فيه. ومواقيته حسابٌ يُقدَّم باجتهاد وحسن نية — فهو عونٌ على العبادة لا فتوى. وإذا خالف مسجدك ما يعرضه، فالعمل على ما يقوله مسجدك.

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك تطبيق Dawam لأجهزة iPhone («التطبيق»)، من تطوير Bouiz («نحن»). وباستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق عليها، وإن لم توافق فلا تستخدمه.

١. التطبيق

يحسب التطبيق مواقيت الصلاة لموقعك، ويتيح لك حفظ سجل خاص بما أدّيته من صلوات، ويمسك دفترًا لما عليك من قضاء، ويبيّن اتجاه القبلة، ويمكنه — إن شئت — حجب تطبيقات تختارها أثناء وقت الصلاة. وهو مجاني، بلا حساب ولا اشتراك، ويعمل كل ما فيه دون دفع شيء. والشراء الوحيد فيه إكرامية اختيارية، موضّحة في البند ١١.

٢. المواقيت حساب لا فتوى

تُحسب المواقيت على جهازك من معادلات فلكية ومن اصطلاحات جهة حساب معتبرة تُختار بما يوافق منطقتك. والطرق تختلف اختلافًا معتبرًا، وكذلك الاجتهادات التي وراءها، ولا سيما في الفجر والعشاء في خطوط العرض العالية، حيث يصعب تطبيق التعريفات المعتادة لموضع الشمس.

فما يعرضه التطبيق إعانة لا فتوى، وليس فيه تعليم ديني ولا حكم على ما يلزمك. وفي مسائل الفقه — ومنها أي الطرق يناسبك، وكيف يُحسب في خطوط العرض العالية، وما الذي يجب قضاؤه، وكيف يؤثر السفر والعذر في صلاتك — فاسأل أهل العلم أو مسجدك. وإذا اختلف التطبيق ومسجدك فالعمل على ما يقوله مسجدك.

واتجاه القبلة كذلك حسابٌ من إحداثياتك، ويتأثر بدقة البوصلة والموقع في جهازك، فخذه على أنه دليل مُعين.

٣. السجل سجلك أنت

كل ما تسجّله يبقى على جهازك، كما هو مبيّن في سياسة الخصوصية. ولذلك فأنت وحدك من يمكنه الاحتفاظ بنسخة منه؛ فليست لدينا نسخة من سجلك ولا نستطيع استعادته لك. وإذا حذفت التطبيق أو أعدت ضبط جهازك أو استخدمت «احذف كل بياناتي» داخل التطبيق، فقد ذهبت تلك البيانات.

٤. حجب التطبيقات

تعتمد ميزة الحجب على «وقت الشاشة» (Family Controls) من Apple لإخفاء تطبيقات اخترتها أثناء وقت الصلاة. وهي اختيارية ومعطّلة حتى تفعّلها. وهي تذكير لا قفل: هناك دائمًا سبيل لتجاوزها، عن قصد، فلا يُعتمد عليها وسيلةَ أمان أو رقابة أبوية. ويزيلها تسجيل الصلاة فورًا، وترتفع من نفسها عند انتهاء الوقت.

ولا تعتمد على التطبيق ولا على إشعاراته ولا على الحجب في أي موضع قد يسبب فيه فوات التنبيه أو تأخره ضررًا.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول

تلتزم بألا:

• تعكس هندسة التطبيق أو تفككه أو تحاول استخراج شيفرته المصدرية، إلا فيما لا يجوز قانونًا استبعاده.
• تعيد توزيع التطبيق أو بيعه أو ترخيصه من الباطن.
• تستخدم التطبيق في غرض غير مشروع.

٦. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق واسمه وأيقونته وتصميمه ونصوصه ملكٌ لـ Bouiz. ويُمنح لك ترخيص شخصي غير حصري وغير قابل للنقل باستخدامه على أجهزة تملكها أو تتحكم فيها، وفق شروط App Store المعتادة لدى Apple. ويتضمن التطبيق مكوّنات من أطراف أخرى تُستخدم بتراخيصها، منها مكتبة Adhan لحساب المواقيت وخط Rubik المستخدم بموجب رخصة SIL للخطوط المفتوحة.

٧. إخلاء الضمان

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو»، دون أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني، بما في ذلك الصلاحية لغرض معيّن. ولا نضمن أن يعمل بلا انقطاع أو بلا خطأ، ولا أن يطابق كل وقت محسوب ما يعلنه مسجدك.

٨. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل Bouiz أي خسارة غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك التطبيق، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات أو فوات صلاة أو إشعار أو تذكير. ولا يحدّ شيء في هذه الشروط مسؤوليةً لا يجوز الحد منها قانونًا. وبعض الولايات القضائية لا تجيز بعض هذه الاستثناءات، فتسري عندئذ بالقدر الذي تجيزه، وتبقى حقوقك القانونية كمستهلك غير متأثرة.

٩. Apple

ليست Apple طرفًا في هذه الشروط، ولا يقع عليها التزام بتقديم الدعم للتطبيق. وهي مستفيد من الغير بموجب هذه الشروط ويجوز لها إنفاذها تجاهك.

١٠. التغييرات

قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط مع تغيّر التطبيق. والنسخة السارية هي دائمًا ما في هذه الصفحة، ويبيّن تاريخ السريان أعلاه آخر تغيير. واستمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغيير يعني قبولك به.

١١. الإكرامية

تتضمن الإعدادات إكرامية اختيارية للمطوّر، وهي اختيارية حقًا: لا شيء في التطبيق محجوب خلفها، ولا تُفتح بها ميزة، والتطبيق واحد سواء أعطيت أم لم تُعطِ. والإكراميات مشتريات داخل التطبيق تبيعها Apple وتعالجها وفق شروطها المعتادة، وتسري سياسة الاسترداد لديها — ولا نستطيع نحن رد المبالغ. والإكرامية شكرٌ لا ثمنٌ لخدمة، ولا تُلزمنا بتطوير لاحق ولا بدعم.

١٢. القانون الواجب التطبيق والتواصل

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة المغربية، دون المساس بأي حماية إلزامية للمستهلك في بلد إقامتك. وأسئلتك مرحّب بها على contact@bouiz.com.

En bref : Dawam est une application iPhone gratuite, sans compte et sans rien à acheter. Ses horaires sont un calcul, proposé de bonne foi — un outil au service du culte, non un avis religieux. Là où votre mosquée diffère, suivez votre mosquée.

Ces conditions régissent votre utilisation de l'application Dawam pour iPhone (« l'application »), développée par Bouiz (« nous »). En l'utilisant, vous les acceptez. Si vous ne les acceptez pas, n'utilisez pas l'application.

1. L'application

Dawam calcule les horaires de prière pour votre lieu, vous permet de tenir un registre privé des prières accomplies, tient un carnet de qada pour celles qui sont dues, indique la direction de la Qibla et peut, si vous le souhaitez, masquer des applications de votre choix pendant un créneau de prière. Elle est gratuite. Il n'y a ni compte ni abonnement, et tout y fonctionne sans rien payer. Le seul achat présent est un pourboire facultatif, décrit à la section 11.

2. Les horaires sont un calcul, pas un avis religieux

Les horaires sont calculés sur votre appareil à partir de formules astronomiques et des conventions d'une autorité de calcul reconnue, choisie selon votre région. Les méthodes diffèrent légitimement, tout comme les jugements qui les fondent — en particulier pour Fajr et Isha aux latitudes élevées, où la position du soleil rend les définitions habituelles difficiles à appliquer.

Les horaires affichés sont donc une aide, et non une fatwa. Rien dans l'application ne constitue un enseignement religieux ni un avis sur vos obligations. Pour les questions de fiqh — quelle méthode vous concerne, comment calculer aux latitudes élevées, ce qui est dû en qada, ou comment le voyage et la période de dispense affectent vos prières — consultez un savant qualifié ou votre mosquée. Si l'application et votre mosquée divergent, suivez votre mosquée.

La direction de la Qibla est elle aussi un calcul à partir de vos coordonnées et dépend de la précision de la boussole et de la localisation de votre appareil. Prenez-la comme un repère.

3. Le registre est le vôtre

Tout ce que vous enregistrez reste sur votre appareil, comme l'indique la Politique de confidentialité. De ce fait, vous êtes seul à pouvoir en faire une sauvegarde. Nous n'avons aucune copie de votre registre et ne pouvons pas le restaurer. Si vous supprimez l'application, réinitialisez votre appareil ou utilisez « Supprimer toutes mes données », ces données sont perdues.

4. Masquage des applications

Cette fonction s'appuie sur Temps d'écran (Family Controls) d'Apple pour masquer les applications que vous avez choisies pendant un créneau de prière. Elle est facultative et désactivée tant que vous ne l'activez pas. C'est un rappel, non un verrou : il existe toujours un moyen de passer outre, délibérément, et elle ne doit pas servir de mesure de sécurité ou de contrôle parental. Enregistrer la prière la retire aussitôt, et elle se lève d'elle-même à la fin du créneau.

Ne comptez pas sur l'application, ses notifications ou son masquage dans une situation où une alerte manquée ou retardée pourrait causer un dommage.

5. Usage acceptable

Vous vous engagez à ne pas :

• Pratiquer l'ingénierie inverse, décompiler ou tenter d'obtenir le code source de l'application, sauf là où ce droit ne peut être écarté par la loi.
• Redistribuer, revendre ou sous-licencier l'application.
• Utiliser l'application à une fin illicite.

6. Propriété intellectuelle

L'application, son nom, son icône, son design et ses textes appartiennent à Bouiz. Vous recevez une licence personnelle, non exclusive et non transférable pour l'utiliser sur des appareils que vous possédez ou contrôlez, selon les conditions habituelles de l'App Store d'Apple. L'application comprend des composants tiers utilisés sous leurs propres licences, dont la bibliothèque de calcul Adhan et la police Rubik, utilisée sous licence SIL Open Font License.

7. Absence de garantie

L'application est fournie « en l'état », sans garantie d'aucune sorte, expresse ou implicite, y compris d'adéquation à un usage particulier. Nous ne garantissons ni un fonctionnement ininterrompu, ni l'absence d'erreurs, ni que chaque horaire calculé corresponde à celui annoncé par votre mosquée.

8. Limitation de responsabilité

Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, Bouiz n'est pas responsable des pertes indirectes, accessoires ou consécutives découlant de votre utilisation de l'application, y compris la perte de données ou une prière, notification ou rappel manqué. Rien dans ces conditions ne limite une responsabilité qui ne peut l'être légalement. Certaines juridictions n'admettent pas certaines exclusions ; celles-ci ne s'appliquent alors que dans la mesure permise, et vos droits légaux de consommateur demeurent intacts.

9. Apple

Apple n'est pas partie à ces conditions et n'a aucune obligation d'assurer le support de l'application. Apple en est tiers bénéficiaire et peut les faire valoir à votre encontre.

10. Modifications

Ces conditions peuvent être mises à jour à mesure que l'application évolue. La version en vigueur est toujours celle de cette page, et la date d'entrée en vigueur ci-dessus indique sa dernière modification. Continuer à utiliser l'application après une modification vaut acceptation.

11. Pourboires

Les Réglages proposent un pourboire facultatif au développeur. Il l'est pleinement : rien dans l'application n'est derrière, aucune fonction n'est déverrouillée, et l'application est identique que vous donniez ou non. Les pourboires sont des achats intégrés vendus et traités par Apple selon ses conditions habituelles, et sa politique de remboursement s'applique — nous ne pouvons pas rembourser nous-mêmes. Un pourboire est un remerciement, non le prix d'un service, et il n'achète aucune promesse de développement ni de support.

12. Droit applicable et contact
